  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been scanned into the carrier's system, Yours_trueli Customs is no longer liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen items. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the respective carrier directly using your tracking number to file a trace or claim.
